“Took my 2012 Evoque in for an oil change, and informed the mechanic ( wish I remembered his name.. bill/will????) that it had an oil leak but has been temporarily fixed(not currently leaking). He was kind enough to ensure that he would check to see if there was oil leaking and very understanding. He got started on the oil change right away and reported that there was no active leak but it did look as if there was a leak from oil
Drip Stains he saw . He assured me that it did not look too significant, though it could get worked depending on how much I drive. He was very helpful in telling when to check/how often to ensure my oil stays full and monitor the leak! Definitely will go back , and would Recommend to anyone :)”

VW Touareg V8 had engine light and burn so much gas. After service done my wife notice has consumption dropped at least 1/3 and passed deq. Car now runs smooth. The cost for this service is much lower if u were take it to dealer! I recommend this place to my coworkers”

“First off, I just want to say these guys saved me a lot of money. I went to another auto repair shop and they quoted me close to $800 to get two things fixed in regard to my coolant leaking. This repair shop found one issue and basically charged me less than half. I’ve been driving my car for more than a week now and haven’t seen any leaks. I believe they’re really honest about the work they do and they seem not to overcharge. Amazing service! Would recommend.”

“I needed help getting my Interstate JMP2500 to work. I was getting a green flashing led. I didn’t fully understand the little instruction booklet. I called and talked with Daniel and he wasn’t sure either. I told him thanks and then we ended the call. I figured I was just stuck with a bad unit. About 5 minutes later Daniel called me back and explained everything I needed to know to get my JMP2500 working. He had done some research and figured it out. I was very pleasantly surprised when Daniel called me back. He didn’t have to. This just shows you how much Daniel cares about his customers. Well done Daniel!!! “This is SERVICE!, and I wish I had known about this place earlier!
I stopped in with my non-functioning CrossTrek hybrid charger cord to see if they had a replacement, since another dealership had quoted me $1,500 to replace it (???!!!). Here is how they fixed my problem: No replacement cord was available, so they said "Let's just test this on your car". Well, it worked. I went home and checked the GFCI outlet in the garage, and clicked it back on. Duh! I so wish I had found this dealership sooner!
