“These guys were amazing! I called and asked if they had my size tire and they said yes! Came down and they took care of me so fast, put the tire on, put my spare back in my car, and were so kind the entire time. Never made me feel stupid for not knowing which tire I should get and showed me the tire before putting it on. They were so fast and efficient and the whole staff of men were so amazing and had such a good attitude towards all the customers and each other. “I needed help getting my Interstate JMP2500 to work. I was getting a green flashing led. I didn’t fully understand the little instruction booklet. I called and talked with Daniel and he wasn’t sure either. I told him thanks and then we ended the call. I figured I was just stuck with a bad unit. About 5 minutes later Daniel called me back and explained everything I needed to know to get my JMP2500 working. He had done some research and figured it out. I was very pleasantly surprised when Daniel called me back. He didn’t have to. This just shows you how much Daniel cares about his customers. Well done Daniel!!! “Oil change was quick and easy. However the tech found a leak in my car which was not visible. We had that diagnosed and since the repair was quoted at around 1800 we decided to continue driving the car for now as it has not been driven a lot which could explain the leak. The lady in charge of the service was kind and friendly. The charge for the oil change and diagnosis was well earned.”

You failed to explain that it was you and your husband blocking the road, parked out there like its some kind of parking lot and not a public street. That is not Phil's loading dock. What you also failed to mention is that the incident that you are talking about was the second time we had a problem with you blocking the street. Your inconsiderate to the point, one of our handicapped customers had to walk up the street and around your vehicle to pick up his vehicle. You should be ashamed of yourself for even thinking of posting that 1 star review.”

“I came to Tim to remove a dent and scratch from my vehicle. When I got to the shop, Tim went to my car and looked at the spot in question. He was very upfront with me regarding the cost and the time to fix the car. Coming into the job would cost more money because of the color of my vehicle, which, to my surprise, was cheaper than everywhere else I went. Upon Tim completing the job, he notified me it was done. When inspecting the spot that got fixed, I could not see any more of the previous dent or scratch. Throughout the process, Tim and his Wife communicated with me and let me know how the job was going. “Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”
