All IT Stuff does not work properly; from the kiosk for check in to the system that communicates from the Doctor to lab…confirmed by the lab…doctor was NOT the problem. Scheduled an appointment checked In with a kiosk they have and still waited over an hour No one was working the front counter one lady was calling patients back. Seems to be very understaffed and not well organized at all. I ended up leaving after waiting an hour and 10 min.
