I was told that results would be ready the next day, we were very pleasantly surprised when the test results were emailed to us the evening of the day the samples were taken in even though they did not receive the samples until very late morning. “This is the big glass building on the Mt Hood complex. I scheduled a same day appointment online and when I got there the check in process was fast. The gals who took my blood were amazing. I told them what happened last time I had a blood draw and they believed me. They did things the way I said they worked last time and I was in and out in record time.”

But they show up to serve our community every day and they do an amazing job. It can be a challenge to get started with them, as their waitlist can be a bit long. “They weren't busy at all. We had made an appointment on line and were the only ones there. MASKS ARE REQUIRED! I forgot mine and was politely reminded and offered a mask.I was there for labs and a blood sample.I could feel the needle stick but it wasn't too bad. A quick verification of my information and I was on my way.The lab got it to my doctor as soon as the test was completed. After 5 days the results were available on line. .They did use my email address to send me junk mail about medical studies which I didn't appreciate.I feel like I can recommend this place. The staff was fast, kind and efficient.Parking is a ways away if you drive yourself and have trouble walking, you might want to have someone bring you who can drop you off at the front door.”
“Very easy to get around inside of the hospital. They still have people that greet you at the entrances to ask where you are going and to give you a badge and a mask. Safety is always a high priority!”

“My wife had thyroid surgery here. To my surprise everyone was great! I knew the Doctor was nice. It’s the staff I was unsure about. Doctor Varela has operated on my wife twice now. He doesn’t come off as arrogant. Which in my experience is rare with Doctors. The staff was so nice! They took good care of my wife and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them over any Providence!”

“Super small lab in the back of the Safeway to the right of the pharmacy. Very quiet and few staff, likely due to its size and quest. I arrived early to my appointment time and the check-in was straightforward and on the left when you walk in, so easy to find. They had audible directions playing for those who are visually impaired and had plenty of seating. The lab tech was very nice and all-in-all I had a quick and efficient appointment.”
“UPDATE!!!! Since my last visit a couple months ago LabCorp has bought out Providence, I think? Anyway, I scheduled my appointment online for 830 this morning, I got out of my appointment blood draw went smooth six minutes later. I repeat six minutes later. There was no wait time, the staff was extremely professional and super super kind. I couldn’t have been happier. It would’ve been nice to to work a little bit longer. Lol but my experience was great. Upgrading to five stars.The wait time was outrageous. I believe it’s because Labcorp bought out the old company and they were switching software.The staff taking my blood did awesome!!!! Super kind and friendly. Wait time was the worst, 2+hrs”
“Like others have said, it's been a 2-3 hour wait because of some issues with the new system. Sure, this is frustrating to come in and wait that long. But know that it is not the staff's fault and that they are doing the best they can. All the staff I interacted with were so patient and kind even after being yelled at by so many people early in the morning. If you yell at the staff, it doesn't make anything go faster, so save your breath!”
