“The team did a great job and were fast. Appreciate them talking through the job before and during. They were nice and considerate, and had to navigate tough turns with heavy items like a washer and dryer upstairs to downstairs. They also were careful with items and navigating tight streets in the city.Only place for improvement would for the company to make sure they have access to good tablet with strong connectivity for payment processing, which kept shutting down and gave them some trouble. Derek handled it great and kept apologizing, but made it hard to wrap up payment. Again, not his or the team’s fault and didn’t take that much longer so I was fine with it. Derek found a way to process through the phone, but made his job harder and after all the work they did would make life easier with updated tech from the company.Overall the team made move easy and stress free.”

“Oh my goodness. We just got done moving and let me tell you, these guys were lifesavers! We have a one year old and I have a bad back. They did ALL the lifting and then some, even helping us pack some odds and ends. I have a lot of collectable dishware and they were very careful with everything.
I've worked with other movers in the past but I'll be sticking with this company for future moves. Friendly, hardworking, and best of all fast.

“This place is a bit difficult to find if you’re not looking hard enough. Customer service wise they were amazing. I even had to cancel my first car cause my drop off got moved and they waved the fee so I could come back a week later. I will say as far as car quality , I got the economy a Kia soul. It wasn’t in the best condition, even came with the check engine light on. I paid a bit over 300 for a week and a half. Other than that was a breeze.”

They both were highly skilled, hard working, and fast! They arrived at our new home, which was 2 hours away, at the agreed time the next day and once again got right to work unloading. They provided a Not to Exceed estimate and even though the job took an hour longer they didn't charge a ***** more. “The management of Trojan storage helped us get a unit fast and hassle free.place is clean.and no bull going on around it.no People hitting you up for anything.are last public storage was a night mare.rude and non helpful employee's, camps right outside gate.trash inside and out in parking lot. And to top it of an employee broke into our unit and stole half the unit.they drilled out our lock 4 days early. Plus went into it because the lock they drilled out was left on a box half way into our unit.then put one of there locks on it.so talk about telling on themselves. So it's like night and day between theses two places. If you want your stuff safe and away from harm.stay away from public storage 117th. Thanks again Trojan for making this move so much easier. “Flex seriously helped us out of a sticky situation with a petty landlord who was trying everything he could to stall the move of our food cart to a new pod. An hour and a half before the scheduled move, landlord decides he wants to demand proof of business insurance from everyone before he would let anyone on the property to remove the cart. Flex had proof of insurance in hand within 30 minutes and got my 14ft food cart and 800 pound smoker off the property in less than an hour. Truly Amazing, these guys are life savers ❤️???. Thanks so much guys!”

I got a trailer hitch installed on my van by Uhaul. The wiring ended up having an issue, so I came back to have it looked at. I did not have an appointment, but I needed it fixed asap. Justin went above and beyond to help me in a timely manner. This man is skilled, hard working, and dedicated to his job.
It's not just the install that I am happy with, it is the way that Justin handled the issue. He went out of his way to help me, even though I know it was an inconvenience. This is some quality customer service! Thanks again Justin!
