“To say I am impressed with the service of Gentle John's is an understatement. The two men who showed up to help me move were so kind and took such great care of all of my things. My previous apartment was on the third floor, and my second apartment was on the second and was a split level. So LOTS of stairs. I could tell the guys were exhausted, rightfully so, but they kept such a positive attitude and were such a joy to work with. I was very stressed about this move but the two men who showed up made this whole experience so much better and virtually stress free. I could not recommend them enough and will absolutely use them again for any future moves.”

“I had read tons of horror stories with pods.But we decided to go use them anyway for our move from MN to OR. In MN and OR the pod arrived on time with an 20 min warning and both drivers were great!But really where it happened for us is on the drop off. Aron W from the Clackamas office dropped off my box. First we had a tight driveway that I was worried that we would block the neighbors. Aron was like no worries I got you! And he placed it perfectly. All was good I had to run away to an appointment and he went on with the rest of his deliveries. When we came back to start unloading we realized that we couldn’t open the door; a piece of furniture had fallen and blocked the door. We were struggling hard and trying to come up with ways to open the door. Our d*** luck at that exact moment Aron was dropping another box and drove by our house and saw the desperation in our eyes and pulled over to help. The man squeezed himself into the box from a very narrow opening and got the door opened!!! What a hero! Give this man a raise! Thank you Aron W!”
