Abbie was beyond welcoming and was happy to give me a tour, and it was her genuineness and honest vibes that played a huge part in signing a year lease here. Big shout out to her and the entire staff for being very helpful and friendly over the last four months.”
“I can't say enough about Rhone Todd-Fields and Griffis South Waterfront in Portland! Such a friendly, clean and upbeat place to visit! Love, love, love the coffee/espresso machine in the lobby! I live out of state but am hoping to rent at Griffis South Waterfront soon!! Lovely place to live, beautiful park across the street, local awesome restaurants and bars-what more could you want?”

I’ve never had any issues with sounds from my neighbors, and I feel safe in the Aster Tower. It’s so nice to have a concierge available 24/7. Arely is especially helpful!!”

“The landlord/office manager, Tim, is AMAZING at his job. My sister and I lived here for five and a half years and he was always willing and able to help us when we needed it, and was always ready to answer any questions we had. From the horror stories I've heard from friends, family and coworkers, Tim is truly one in a million.
As for the neighborhood, it was pretty decent for most of our stay. Every so often, there'd be a homeless person walking by, screaming (which also happens at my new place ?♀️), and occasionally one would be digging through the dumpster (which Tim would always handle), but otherwise, it's a very nice neighborhood. It's near a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and most of our neighbors here were pretty great, too!”
“This place is a place of character real compassion. My brother whom was chronological without a home.I spoke with Caleb, now my big brother just had major heart procedure and was unsteady. they were compassionate toward our situation. And my brother a great place in swanky neighborhood. All love to the management young Caleb and the younglady who is the manager there..Treondaus Morman”

“I just moved in a few days ago and have nothing but positive things to say so far! Leasing agent Bob was super helpful during the move in process, making it easy. My neighbors have been warm and friendly, the complex is clean, and I feel safe here. My dogs and I are loving our new apartment!”
“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

The property manager Dani Jones is absolutely amazing. Always knows why I'm there and is always ready. She's super kind and knowledgeable and I just wanted to say thank you for always making my job easier! The maintenance crew here is also exceptional and I can't thank you enough for all you do.”

“Alcove Hollywood is a great option for remote workers like me who need a quiet space to focus. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. The studio was compact but had everything I needed. The only downside was the size, as it felt a bit cramped at times. Overall, a solid choice for those looking for a convenient and affordable living situation. 4/5 stars.”
“The leasing office staff is so wonderful, Leanna and Mary are very caring and kind people. Maintenance was not the easiest to work with, but that’s changed recently. Joshua is very attentive and competent and exercises a lot of integrity in how he does things. He’s just started and in his first week he fixed my garage, my window (that the previous maintenance people had come out twice about, and it was still crooked!) he fixed my kitchen switches, and two outlets. Not only did he do this in just two visits (instead of 2-4 visits per project like the last maintenance) in his first week, he was personable, kind to my daughter, respectful of my home, and even grabbed my kitchen broom to sweep up some plaster that shook loose while working on my light switch.
Leanna, Mary, and Joshua are all top-tier. They know me by name, and make me feel welcome, heard, and taken care of. Joshua is the best maintenance person that’s worked here since I moved in— he’s only been here a minute but it’s night and day— and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is EXTREMELY COMPETENT. With him I feel like this place just went from good to great.”
“I prefer to be more of an optimist in life because hell, why not?! Past property management was said to not be so great, but the most recent one has without a shadow of a doubt, impressed me. I had an emergency occur in the middle of the night with my unit and within seconds got a call back from the property manager. Then maintenance showed up that same night minutes later. Like the all-state commercial, "you're in safe hands" and to feel safe in your home where you reside and come home to to feel okay, that's true peace-of-mind having people on your side. Leaps and bounds from previous management. Thank you for making me feel truly cared about and really taking pride in your work and your effect on people's lives.”
