“I like how it’s very quiet and the view that u guys allow dogs and put trash bags to pick up ur dogs poop for incase and the park is very nice and the maintence guy was very nice and the people that work in the office are so kind and I like it how I can walk my dog here this area is very clean and there’s a lot of stores close by for u can buy food and everything and that there’s alot of places u can walk in”

Abbie was beyond welcoming and was happy to give me a tour, and it was her genuineness and honest vibes that played a huge part in signing a year lease here. Big shout out to her and the entire staff for being very helpful and friendly over the last four months.”

Having lived here for just over a month, I've observed that this level of service is consistent, reflecting a genuine care for the community and a desire among the staff to cultivate a positive atmosphere.The maintenance and cleaning teams deserve special mention for their friendly demeanor and professionalism. An efficient system, coupled with a robust accountability layer, ensures that any issue is swiftly and satisfactorily addressed. “I’ve lived here almost 2 years now and really enjoy it. The staff is wonderful, they work really hard to keep everything clean for us. I’ve never had any issues with sounds from my neighbors, and I feel safe in the Aster Tower. It’s so nice to have a concierge available 24/7. Arely is especially helpful!!”

My brother whom was chronological without a home.I spoke with Caleb, now my big brother just had major heart procedure and was unsteady. they were compassionate toward our situation. “We recently moved into Barclay and the entire process was so easy and efficient. The entire staff was actually in the office they work as a team from what we can tell which is refreshing! We appreciate Jeanette her friendliness as well made us decide on moving here along with the location. We loved the food cart that came by PLEASE keep them coming it was such a a great experience and my family had a great dinner! The only downside and reason for 4 stars is that there are people who are smoking from their balcony nearby. This apartment is smoke free but some residents choose to ignore this. We hope that Barclay can resolve this with tenants. Other than that we look forward to our new home ?”

“Been here 9+ years. It's safe, we have an amazing Landlord, who works his @$$ off, and he will also be firm, but bend with the breeze once in a while if legally permittable. He has a wealth of knowledge, and if you ever have questions, he posts his hours, or let's ya know when he is off site. Our neighborhood is fairly quiet. We do get some homeless people from time to time, who dig for cans, but truly for an apartment complex, (and I've lived at alot if them), it's pretty darn good all around.”

“I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.”

“Try to move in on this 7/18 but after did the application online for more than one week, still no progress and feel hopeless for this leasing officer. Everything look like a problem to her even applicant signature which she said it missing! I don’t know why this’s happen because when I did online application, it forced me to sign to completed.Now I have 5 days left to the moving date but still no update.Look like I have to looking for the new place.I will update again after 7/18 to see what going on.Update : After followed up with manager almost everyday, Finally got the room in time. Thank you for your hard work Natasha.”

“First and foremost let me just say as a contractor who does work for multiple apartment complexes, this one's my favorite.
The property manager Dani Jones is absolutely amazing. Always knows why I'm there and is always ready. She's super kind and knowledgeable and I just wanted to say thank you for always making my job easier! The maintenance crew here is also exceptional and I can't thank you enough for all you do.”

“The leasing office staff is so wonderful, Leanna and Mary are very caring and kind people. Maintenance was not the easiest to work with, but that’s changed recently. Joshua is very attentive and competent and exercises a lot of integrity in how he does things. He’s just started and in his first week he fixed my garage, my window (that the previous maintenance people had come out twice about, and it was still crooked!) he fixed my kitchen switches, and two outlets. Not only did he do this in just two visits (instead of 2-4 visits per project like the last maintenance) in his first week, he was personable, kind to my daughter, respectful of my home, and even grabbed my kitchen broom to sweep up some plaster that shook loose while working on my light switch.

Leanna, Mary, and Joshua are all top-tier. They know me by name, and make me feel welcome, heard, and taken care of. Joshua is the best maintenance person that’s worked here since I moved in— he’s only been here a minute but it’s night and day— and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is EXTREMELY COMPETENT. With him I feel like this place just went from good to great.”

“I prefer to be more of an optimist in life because hell, why not?! Past property management was said to not be so great, but the most recent one has without a shadow of a doubt, impressed me. I had an emergency occur in the middle of the night with my unit and within seconds got a call back from the property manager. Then maintenance showed up that same night minutes later. Like the all-state commercial, "you're in safe hands" and to feel safe in your home where you reside and come home to to feel okay, that's true peace-of-mind having people on your side. Leaps and bounds from previous management. Thank you for making me feel truly cared about and really taking pride in your work and your effect on people's lives.”
