“I lived at The Arden for most of 2023. Overall I was very happy, especially for the cost. I had a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom for about $1,700.The good:The staff was always friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance was excellent. Zach was very friendly and always did great work.The apartment was very nice. Besides the front door, the apartment was virtually soundproof. I never heard my neighbors TV or them talking.I didn't use many of the amenities but there's an Amazon locker, gym, sauna, BBQ, dog park, kids park, and a seasonal hot tub and pool.I was given a free garage in exchange for living on the third floor. That saved me a ton of money on storage.The grounds were always clean and the office is the nice and welcoming.The could be better:The hallways/stairs to my building were kind of dirty. Nothing too bad.Parking is rough sometimes. I had a garage and paid for an open spot (not an assigned spot) and there were many days where I had to park on the road behind the complex.I wasn't a fan of the new app that you pay rent on.Had a creepy neighbor. Nothing crazy, just said rude things to me so I avoided him like the plague.No A/C.If I ever move back to Gresham, I will contact The Arden again. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a nicer, affordable place that's above average.”

“I’ve lived here for several years. Site manager is very responsive and helpful. Communication is always on point and if you need something fixed or checked out, they’re on it in a jiffy. They also host holiday door decoration contests for prizes. I don’t participate, but if you’re into that, it could be fun for you. Close to the blue line max, plaid pantry, and eateries.. this is a good price for the location.”

“The location is great. They have all different size townhomes, some 3 levels! The places are huge and the rent is super reasonable for how big they are inside. Most of them also come with a free attached garage!”

“I lived at this location for over 8 years. I have seen several leasing agents and office managers transition through the company over the years and the majority have been positive interactions. The highlight of my 8 year residential experience, however, has been working with Corianna. Every living environment has both elements that detract or enhance the experience as would be expected. Corianna made my experience living at Powell Valley Farms the very best I have ever encountered. I have traveled a lot with a military career and civilian job assignments and Powell Valley is my longest tenure to date. That is because of Corianna. She is always positive, ready to help with literally anything even if it is not directly her responsibility, and has regularly gone out of her way to make sensible accommodations where necessary. I would not have stayed at this location for as long as I did without her. I could not recommend this property as a housing option to anyone if Corianna left. It is rare to meet someone who is genuinely kind, considerate, and always looking out for the best interests of their residents. Corianna is a very special person and I will never forget her.”
