The day before I contacted Wells Fargo three times, the first time I got an appointment in 2 weeks, I came, the manager said to wait because she is busy, although I came for my hour, the line is quite long, an elderly woman in a wheelchair, the staff does not care, the cash register is only open alone After waiting, the manager said that you need to make an appointment again, because it is not possible to do it today. And so today is my appointment again, I submitted my documents, and again I am without a card, since an appointment is scheduled from the nearest free dates on June 10. I'm just disappointed. I was especially impressed by the manager who provided me with bank services, she really deserves high praise, her pleasant, neat appearance, customer orientation and desire to help me, since I do not speak English well. She kindly explained everything to me, listened, and after 10 minutes I already had my card. I am pleasantly surprised. I wholeheartedly recommend OnPoint Bank! Their employees are the best!”
