2/27/2019, Happening right now. The driver of a big white Colvin Transport fuel truck out of Grants Pass rushed at me at a 4 way STOP, threw his hands up then tore around my neighborhood. He backed up over a curb and did a few more frenetic moves before settling into the driveway down the street. The guy must be on drugs.
