“My elderly father needed to ship some items to a family member in Oklahoma. He went in and talked with the owner who suggested he come back on Monday and she would personally help him. We went back on Monday, right at opening time. Thankfully we were first in line since Monday morning is a busy time. The owner helped us efficiently and quickly. Soon after we got home she called with the tracking #. Very good and helpful service. I see that another reviewer says they were talked to "like a dog." All I can say is that we were treated with respect. The owner was no-nonsense and got the job done. I was honestly surprised at how smoothly the shipping of three awkwardly shaped items went. Thank you! I highly recommend Package Plus in Rogue River, OR.”

“Had an issue with forwarding a package following my move to the area. David came through. Even though the issue was on my old post office's end, he was able to reach out to them where I was unable and get my package on it's way - within a single business day. Now, of course, we got a little lucky - so don't go expecting solutions that fast, but have confidence in the fact that they will do everything they can to solve your problem. “I've been waiting 2 months for a transmission shipped from Texas to Medford, supposedly it arrived at the Central Point yard and its been there for one month. Drove to the yard which is 5 miles from my shop, couldn't find anyone to talk to, no much visible action. Tried to pick it up, but seem to be a communication issue between the yard and dispatch. Don't know when Ill get my freight. getting close to canceling my order with supplier and let them deal with it.UPDATE: Drove to the Yard with the waybill , found they had lost most of there local staff, they are finally getting back up to normal. A very nice gentleman ,Jared found my freight and loaded it on my truck and all is good.”
