Sure, they are a little old school inside, but it sure beats waiting in line!You may have to pay a little extra for some stuff, but its worth it when you are pressed for time and you want to support a more local option.”

“Randomly walked into the shop while at the mall, and inquired if they did portfolio pics.To my delight Masao and Kris answered any and all my questions.Even set up a quick shoot, being that my son was leaving in a couple days.The shoot was super fun and was able to get single shots of my son, and I. Can't wait to see these amazing pictures. Totally professional business. Kris was great and helped capture some amazing shots, and made it look natural and effortless.”

“Premier Packaging and Shipping, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF I have used Premier Packaging and Shipping since May of 2012 when I relocated to the Medford metro area. Without qualification they are the finest professional, mail, packaging and shipping business I have ever used. My profession, kept me moving from one domestic location to another then to an international location, so on and so on, etc, etc. A mail service was a necessity of my vocation. As I reflect, this is the longest I have lived in any one location in my few short 76 years. All that relocating necessitated using mail services to keep up with routine and business mail, one that could facilitate re-mailing or shipping as the situation dictated. (A change of address every year or so or even less is considered by some as an indicator of nefarious activity or being in the witness protection program) I suppose, now that my life is settling down somewhat I could get a mail box, or get a post office box, but neither would provide the peace of mind or convenience of having a single secure location, professionally staffed to facilitate the handling of everything from a franked one ounce letter to a package the size of a baby elephant weighing in excess of 200 lbs. A single location familiar with not only domestic mail and shipping but as well the vagaries of international shipping. Which by the way do very dramatically from country to country and often times may be impacted by which dictator is in charge when your shipment arrives. Master's degrees are offered in the logistics of fees and formalities surrounding and impacting foreign shipments. On occasion, when retrieving my mail I am toughly amazed by the general public's lack of understanding, and appreciation regarding the intricacies of international shipping, let alone domestic practices and procedures. Bottom line, coming up on nine years of excellent service, by professional, proficient, personable staff Premier Packaging and Shipping is my 150% recommendation.”

“/24 I went back today and there were different employees behind the counter. This evening the notary transaction was completed in a pleasant professional manner.Bummed tonight as I entered the store there were 2 associates working. I asked if they had a notary. They said yes. One patron finished and left the store. I was the only remaining patron with 2 associates. They then stated that the don't do notary after 5 pm. I was in the door at 5:10. It was stated that they were "short staffed". Then the female staff said well if it was quick. I replied it was 1 page and I needed the notarized paper so I can go to dmv tomorrow. Both staff members hemmed and hawed. They looked at each other clearly indicating they did not really want to help. I asked what time they opened in the morning. They said 8 am. Then quickly qualified that with, "no notary until after 9 am though..." Just bummed because even though they said they had a notary when I walked in they refused to provide the service that is advertised. No notes or hours for notary service on the door or google. Happy New Year!”

“Just needed to add Ashley went way above her job description to help me get my print order done. She called me at home because my edit wasn't good enough, but she was very interested in helping me. I'm writing this review because stores rarely have employees like this anymore, so I will keep getting my printing done here. It's very professional looking with outstanding prices.”

“Was having a bad customer experience returning an item, however one of the employees came over and made an exception to resolve the issue. I returned to the location today to show gratitude to the employee for going above and beyond to help fix my customer experience...but Danny the store manager seemed to be a bit to busy to care....although I was the only customer there. Unfortunately his attitude ruined this 5 star review.Best regards”

“Didn't go there but, we had a big package delivered to our house. An electric motorcycle. The delivery guy was so wonderful. We live on a busy street so he had to park on the main road. He helped me get the huge crate into our house even. Thanks FedEx. Your driver was the best.”

“I've been shopping with Staples for 40 years ever since I realized they were the most consistently reliable office products store I found. I needed dependability because I was a busy Organizational Development consultant specializing in psychological assessments used in hiring and leadership coaching and development, classroom training, and facilitation. All of that required a LOT of technology supplies including toner, paper, binders, tabs, etc. i tried to keep an inventory on hand but sometimes I needed really fast service to my door or at the store. Staples ALWAYS delivered. Staples employees are typically knowledgeable, warm, and helpful. Sometimes it's hard to find one but that has been getting better, I have noticed. I love that they recycle toner and I get rewards. All of this adds up to one very happy long-term customer.”

“I have been able to pick up package here before it goes out for redelivery. Delivery was attempted at my warehouse (I’m not there) and instead of leaving with a neighbor warehouse it would go back to UPS here. They are nice and friendly people here always helpful never rude or worse. I’ve always had good luck with them and drivers are really cool. I just wish there was a local MEDFORD landline to call and not the worthless 800 numbers”

“Estes came through for us in a pinch.We drive on a dedicated run and had a placarded load..."Dangerous When Wet." The blue placards.One of them blew off our trailer and we noticed it at the truck stop in Phoenix, Oregon during our 30-minute break.After several phone calls to truckstops up and down the freeway, local hardware stores and even the Oregon Hazardous Materials office, no one had the placard we needed.Finally, we called Estes. Jason answered the call and confirmed that he had what we needed. I went to the Medford office, prepared to purchase the placards. Jason and his boss said, "no charge."They were truly a life saver that day. The really nice thing about it is they knew that we drove for a different company.People Helping People. Than you Estes. Thank you Jason and to your boss.”

“Made an appointment online to get my passport, got several email and text reminders, which was nice. In addition, the USPS representative called me to remind me that the Riverside facility currently didn't offer photo services, and to be sure to bring photos to my appointment or reschedule. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken care of and out the door within minutes. Easy peasy!”
