Jonathan helped us each open a savings and checking account, and he was super knowledgeable! We left with my kid’s debit card, and everything we needed to switch our automatic deductions and direct deposits…and with my checks ordered. We are looking forward to our credit union experience, and it’s off to a great start!”

“I love doing my banking here. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are not open at all on Saturdays. I usually get paid friday and work until 6pm which means I have to wait until Monday to cash my check. They also don't offer atm deposit.”

“I've been a member at Advantis for quite a few years now and it's always been a pleasure dealing with the employees via phone or at a branch any time I've needed help or had questions. I recently had to go into the gresham branch to get a new debit card and the process was quick & easy and I was out the door within 10 minutes. Today I called & spoke to Jennifer ( not sure if she's at a branch or is at the call center ) but she was upbeat, positive & you can just tell she is smiling behind the phone. She provided great service, answered my questions and stayed on the phone to make sure I got the form I needed in my email and waited for me to get it signed so everything could get processed. I told her people are quick to leave negative reviews so I wanted to make it a point to share some praise to Jennifer & the Gresham branch and the rest of the Advantis team. Great customer service does not go unnoticed!”

“You have to enter this bank from the back, and you have to pull out you card and show it to the camera before they let you in(understandibly, it was because they've been robbed twice in like the last year or so). “Always get wonderful customer service here! ? 1 of few financial centers that is open on Fridays until 6pm. Unlike "coporate" banks, they always have more than 1 or 2 tellers available. They always have at least 4, but have seen as many as 7 or 8 during busy times. ??”
