“I have banked with Oregonians Credit Union for over 30 years through multiple buy outs. The high standards continue even during change. Their staff has been exceptional even during multiple times of lost cards and identity theft, which was no fault from their system. I have always been greeted with a smile a cheerfully when in the bank. Their phone customer service was been to the same high standard as in person.”

“This is my third vehicle loan through Advantis Credit Union over the years and I just have to say the most recent loan transaction was even better than the last two superb transactions! Huge shout out to Amelia Hobbs who assisted me online through the entire process. I reached out on a Monday and the whole deal was completed by Thursday night for vehicle pickup on Friday. My main banking is actually at another credit union but I absolutely LOVE the loan process with Advantis. Simple, efficient, and the customer service rocks!”
“This is a BUSY location at 1:50pm on a Monday! I don't know if I've ever seen 20 customers waiting in a credit union! 4 tellers worked everyone through quickly and politely. Security guard at the door was nice.”

“I needed a cashier’s check for rent and the brunette woman who helped me checked my account and gave me a funny look. She asked me which account from, and no one has ever asked me that. Clearly it would be my checking because there is less money in the savings. She still looked at me as if saying, “are you sure?”. I said to cancel and I will just go to the other teller and she didn’t even ask if there was anything wrong. She just gave me my id and card.I like the Burnside people better. And please tell you peeps to stop pointing out the balance. I’m 50 and I know how to check my balance.”
“I love doing my banking here. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are not open at all on Saturdays. I usually get paid friday and work until 6pm which means I have to wait until Monday to cash my check. They also don't offer atm deposit.”

“Been banking w/ OnPoint for over 1 year and have had a good experience.I don’t visit in-person often, but the times I have the staff have been friendly.This location can be a little sketchy sometimes due to people that hang out, but that’s out of the businesses control. However, I’ve never felt unsafe using the outside ATM because the security officers during OnPoint business hours are vigilant, and it’s also a busy part of Portland.I recommend OnPoint.”

“I went to the Division branch for a one year certificate of deposit. Janelle, the customer service rep, was friendly and courteous in setting me up. I gave all the usual info to open the CD account but was then informed a credit report couldn't be pulled as I had frozen out inquiries on the credit reporting providers. This really irritated me. I have never had this credit check requirement at any other financial institution when depositing funds for a CD. I wasn't there to open a checking account, get a car loan or mortgage. I was there to GIVE them a $100,000 deposit on a CD.”
