Melanie helped me at the Forest Grove NW Storage location. She was so friendly and helpful! The location is great, easy to get to from the highway. The storage facility was secure with multiple steps to get in, the interior drive through is really nice and helps ensure you stay dry while unloading / loading. Great experience!

I was able to find the right sized unit for myself, sign up and take care of everything on the phone. I did have a question that when I called, it was answered immediately, and I knew this was gonna be a good experience.
