“I was really happy with the service I received at Vicious Custom Auto. The owner was very professional and kind. The photos can show that the repair looks great. When my son first saw his car when picking it up, he texted me, "It looks brand new!!!!" The new paint sparkles and I'm so glad we stumbled upon this shop.I found this shop by searching Google for places nearby. At first I wasn't sure if this place only did custom upgrades or if they also did insurance claim accident repairs, so I called and asked. They do both and I saw a beautiful classic car being worked on in the bay. The other driver in my case was at fault for the accident and dealing with their insurance was a pain. Dealing with Vicious was awesome though! The owner handled the insurance part for us wonderfully even though that's probably not his favorite part of the job.Finally, I want to say that we had 2 estimates done (at the request of the other driver). Both estimates were very close, we chose Vicious because the owner was kind and straight forward when we called. I think this is a testament to his legitimacy that his estimate was very similar to the other shop and in the end, it was accurate too. So, thank you so much Vicious Auto!”
“Fix Auto did an excellent job with my repair. They were very upfront about pricing and their invoicing was super detailed. They were also quite easy to work with alongside my insurance company. No hiccups at all. They communicated every step of the way and even got my car finished a day early, which was nice. I would recommend them if you are in an accident and need some body work completed.”

“Bob Thomas Carstar Collision took good care of my Tesla Model 3 after a collision and was on track to get the repairs finished until StateFarm Insurance turned it into a “total loss” designation - I was treated very well by the front desk staff and Nelson who managed my car and communicated with me directly until the insurance determination. I am very disappointed that I could not have the car repaired as it was still drivable. I give high marks to this shop and highly recommend them for auto collision repair. “These are professional people who are working hard and it shows in their work and they have a receptionist that is awesome and knowledgeable about how she does her estimates and can match paint so good you can not tell a difference of where a lot of damage was caused by someone very petty! “As I was driving down the freeway last week, my seatbelt clip suddenly fell from the car interior onto my shoulder. There was a huge bolt that I couldn’t figure out how to access the head of to screw in. I wasn’t even sure who could help me with this sort of a repair. I called this shop by my house, and they said to swing by. One of the owners came right out to take a look, spent five minutes repairing it for me and didn’t charge me a cent. I’m so grateful for his kindness! You can guess where I’ll go if I need more complicated work done in the future. Thanks so much!”

“We took our car after my husband was rear ended. Steve did our estimate, let us know several times that it may be different when they open it up. Scheduled a rental for us. Dropped off on Tuesday morning, was told that it probably would be the next week. Nope had it back all fixed on Friday.
Could not have been any happier with the folk there and being kept in the loop timeframe! Highly recommend! The only bad thing is Steve is now retired ? ( enjoy your well earned retirement ?)”
“I took my car into CCR after hitting a deer. Listed are some reasons as to why I would rate them 5 stars..
- The staff was friendly and professional
- The building is clean
- Paperwork was quick and easy
- Scott handled everything with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with the nightmare
- They gave me a loaner car for the entire time they had my car at no extra cost
- Good communication
- The provided quality NEW parts on my vehicle
- They completed all of the work on my car in 3 weeks
- They noticed more damage than I did and worked with insurance to get it ALL fixed
- They detailed the inside and outside of my car so when I picked it up it was sparkling clean and smelled brand new inside
The only “complaint” I would have is that it took about 2-3 months to be able to drop my car off from the time I hit the deer. Although, I understand that is pretty standard so it didn’t really bother me!
Overall CCR was an amazing experience for me and I recommend this place to anyone looking!”
