Spent an hour working out how to print a simple document, paid for it and... their printer is broken. Pff

I waited 25 minutes in the drive up to be told that only one prescription that was submitted to them over three hours ago was ready, did I want to wait? They are obviously too successful and understaffed, take your business somewhere else where they will appreciate it.
