After my first selection left me wanting, David explained what I needed and we made another selection that I was even more pleased with than the first. The return and exchange was easy and painless. She helped me find a great deal & a phone that was perfect for my elderly dad who’s not very tech savvy. “So i went to the 7-11 off highway 99 (4 corners) and u just want to say that the two blonde ladies (I believe one of them is the manager) that work day shift are so polite, kind and friendly. I got stuck there waiting for an uber because the uber app was having connection issues and they didn't make me feel weird or rush me out despite having to wait close to half an hour. I never write reviews and I'm writing this one just because of how awesome those two ladies are! I'll edit this and put their names in this after I visit next time and get them. Thanks yall!!!”

“Went in right before Christmas to switch to T-Mobile. Found out my phone had a security feature that required an hour long wait before it would allow a transfer. Brandon stayed an extra hour after his shift to be able waive the transfer fees (despite his ride already being there to pick him up after his 11 hour shift). Saul ended up staying 45 minutes after close to get the new phones updated and the data transferred from all 4 phones. Both weee very friendly and nice throughout the whole process, even during the time we literally had to stand there and watch the hour timer countdown on my phone.I previously had AT&T and have been to several Eugene stores over the years and received poor service and extras added to my account that I specifically turned down. I was worried about going into the store but they made it a great experience and they got me the best deal.Definitely recommend!”
