I went to Verizon on Coburg Rd to inquire about getting my mother a landline. Tenizen and Chris were amazing. That is the best customer service I have had in years! It reminded me of years ago when companies prided themselves on great customer service. Thank you guys. You are amazing!

Showed up in the evening and they were able to help me right away. After spending a week on the phone with Verizon and not getting anywhere, they helped me and got me fixed up in about 5 mins. Very good experience!

I had the pleasure to meet Fred, who helped move all of my old phone information to a new one. Earlier that day, I had a few negative experiences at my job and was pretty stressed out.
