The ladies working really went above and beyond to make this not only as smooth as possible, but when I was finished with my rental and returning and VERY stressed and upset (about moving not about my rental) they were so kind and understanding! “This is a local u-haul that is located in a little convenience store and gas station called HP on the corner of 17th and williament in Eugene Oregon they very great at making sure our rental experience was a great one. Fast friendly service and rented us a vehicle without any inconvenience.. this HP Gas station made the difference.”

“Easy peasy! Don't be scared off by the low scores, my experience was good. I tried to rent a truck last weekend and found that ALL other options were booked in this area with 2 state universities. I was concerned by the reviews for Budget and after checking online, I was still hesitant so I called the national line and booked it. When I arrived the next day, I was on the road in 5 minutes with friendly staff wishing me well. Returned it after-hours and noted the correct amount on my credit card the following Monday. So I give it 4 stars only because they don't answer their phone very well. But simply go-online to schedule and expect a smooth process when you show up.”
