“I picked up the car from Eugene, but on the day of return, due to a storm, the Eugene airport was closed. So I had to change my flight to Portland and returned the car to Portland airport. I wasn't charged extra for that and I'm glad they understood the storm situation.Also, I had a flat tire on the very first day of the reservation. Did put on the spare tire and then called customer service and asked if I am allowed to drive with the spare tire. I was told that I should get a new tire and enterprise will reimburse me later. So I drove to a tire shop and had them install a new tire. I kept the receipt and a few days later, I emailed the tire receipt to Eugene Enterprise. They processed my request and mailed me a check for reimbursement.”

“Uegene OR Airport has the best service hands down. Small airport makes for easy and convenient pick up for bags and vehicle. Car was new and drove very well (2023 Toyota Camry) Return was just as seamless and convenient. Would definitely rent from National in the near FUTURE!!!”

“These guys are great! I have been to this particular location multiple times. Staff is friendly and accommodating. On one occasion, I needed to add additional days to my rental and they made the process very simple. Most recently, I arrived to rent my vehicle early... once again, no stress. Location is easy to find. Wait time has been non-existent each time I have been in.”

When I said the Camaro was tempting but that I would be driving my 95 year old mother around, the Alamo associate (sorry, I don’t remember her name) asked if I would like a minivan. That turned out to be ideal for my trip.”

“My flight arrived early and it took almost no time to get my bags, so I ended up at the rental counter about an hour early and was still able to get my car. I hadn't rented a car before and had several questions and the lady who helped me was very patient and friendly. The location in the airport was great and I was shocked at how close the car was to the airport exit. It was a super fast and easy experience.”

“Easy peasy! Don't be scared off by the low scores, my experience was good. I tried to rent a truck last weekend and found that ALL other options were booked in this area with 2 state universities. I was concerned by the reviews for Budget and after checking online, I was still hesitant so I called the national line and booked it. When I arrived the next day, I was on the road in 5 minutes with friendly staff wishing me well. Returned it after-hours and noted the correct amount on my credit card the following Monday. So I give it 4 stars only because they don't answer their phone very well. But simply go-online to schedule and expect a smooth process when you show up.”

“Clean cars, easy process to pick up and drop off the car rental. So thankful to have this service. I was able to rent a car seat as well, lowest cost for that than on another car rental website I checked and other car seat rental. The car we rented was a good fit for traveling with all our suitcases and a full car of people.”
