Bailey was wonderful with my 15-year-old who is terrified of needles. Bailey was patient and made the process easy.

I had a 1:00pm appointment and I was not seen until 1:50pm. This has been an ongoing problem at this location. If an appointment is not considered important, I would have to ask, then why make an appointment at all.

Bailey is inexperienced and should not be practicing. Was poked several times and turned away because she could not find the vein. Extremely frustrated by how under qualified the staff is. This Quest is the absolute worst
