“I travel out of my way to go to this location. I have thyroid issues and have to get blood drawn pretty often. They’re always friendly and they never bruise me. If you make an appointment (highly suggest doing this, it’s always busy), they actually put you to the head of the line at your reserved time. I’ve had several terrible experiences at other quest labs in town that do not care whether you had an appointment or not, you’re automatically put at the end of the line and end up having to wait a long time. My favorite quest in Eugene for sure. Keep up the great customer service and quality of phlebotomists!”

“So y'all. Natalie is the one. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful woman!!! Professional, kind, skilled, accommodating, made me feel at ease are the first things of about 200 that come to mind. I was honest with her about being an ex drug addict and she didn't even bat an eye. She didn't make me feel less than or like a bad person because my veins are now difficult to work with because of my past. Every other place I've been to including hospitals and urgent cares have made me feel like trash and like it's the end of the world that my veins suck. I realize it's my fault but it's not necessary to make me feel like a crappy person because of it. SHE EVEN GOT MY BLOOD DRAWN ON THE SECOND TRY!!!! This is a big deal people!! It s usually a blood bath (everywhere but the vile it needs to go in) and literally I can't remember the last time I went to get my blood drawn and didn't get turned away completely because they decide it's not possible and that's that. And again she got it in the SECOND painless try. I could go on for days. She deserves a raise and whatever else she could possibly want. You are beyond lucky to have her on your team of employees!! She's the ONLY person I will ever go to again to get blood work done and I will recommend her to everyone I possibly can. She is a special person (not to be weird) and she deserves the recognition that she is entitled to. What a professional amazing boss woman!! You have a forever fan in me girl!! Oh hey also I didn't have even the slighted bruise ir mark. I didn't even bleed after we were done. She's magical I'm pretty sure.”

“I really don't like the fact that there is nobody in the lobby to help folks check in. Two older individuals(not together)just sat in the lobby because they didn't know how to use the check in system. One was on walk in status and never checked in so he may have sat there all day had not some kind individuals waiting finally helped him to check in. He had already been there an hour waiting. Having said this, my phlebotomist, Jennifer was awesome. Friendly, funny, efficient and nope, it didn't even hurt. The other woman, Amanda was very friendly and smiley too. I rate my experience a 4, but if I didn't know how to check in, it would be something else way different. Thanks, Jennifer!”
