I have invested with Precision Capital for a number of years. They use my money to make first mortgage loans to people who need funds for a relatively short term for flipping houses or bridge loans. What better way to get a 6-9% return on my money monthly secured by a pool of 80% or better loan to value loans.

I've been both a borrower and lender over the years and have found the staff to have a lot of integrity. They value clear communication and my questions are answered promptly. It's important to me that the company consists of real people living and working in our community--it's not some mystery corporation in New York.
