I use Baker’s Boots & Clothig from Japan.Even though they must be receiving a large number of orders, they respond sincerely to my inquiries from Japan.

I had ordered a pair of Danner boots on 2/2 and they had called me right away to let me know they were sold out in that size, but they will reach out to Danner and see if there were any more available. A week later the boots were on their way. Excellent customer service.
