“Run Hub is my go to running store in Eugene. It's a small store but they have a lot. The employees are all extremely knowledgeable about running as well as about every product in the store. Right when you walk in they immediately ask if you need assistance with anything. Super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of Gus and gels as well as all kinds of running socks. You can even try on model socks to get a feel before you buy a pair. They also have clothes, shoes, running watches, sunglasses, water bottles, foam rollers, and more. Definitely check it out if you need anything running related!”

“The Clothes Horse might be my favorite clothing store of all time. While Buffalo focuses of buying and selling things that are on trend and from certain brands, the Clothes Horse has the perfect ratio of quality basics, versatile pieces and clothes that are "where have you been all my life" level magical. I wouldn't change a thing except for them to have a bigger store and a store in my town. Fingers crossed Mariah can mentor a padawan who can make this happen.”

I would have never guessed I would need to order 9.5EE and 10.5EE for different boot models of the same brand but I trusted Kyle and his team's advice and have not been led down. Bought two online order boots from them, one for lifestyle and one for construction site visits. Both times I was guided through online ordering by very knowledgeable staff who arrived to make me happy even when what I wanted wasn't possible. I can't recommend them enough! If you need boots for work or just because you like nice leather things this is the place for you.”

The associates here were helpful in processing the return and in helping me order something they didn't have in the store. “I don't think the selection is as big as I want it to be, but they carry the core of Nikes product line, and represent it, well. My step son and I went down Monday evening and received excellent service. We selected our shoes, asked for a couple different sizes, sent back for a couple of other sizes and promptly received our new selections. Proceeded to the counter, had a very cheerful, smiling, lady help us. She offered for us to sign up for the app on our mobile device and this gave us 15% off our entire purchase. Excellent service and then to provide us a way to get 15% off. We couldn't have asked for more. I've heard some not so positive comments about this store. I'm glad I went and evaluated my own experience, because it was EXCELLENT! Thank you again to the lady working at 5:54 pm on Labor Day - you made our day!”

“Selection is pretty good, but not a lot of sizes. Also I I don’t understand why I have to give my email address in order to get a receipt.The shoes ended up being too small for my son and I had to go back to exchange them. Since I didn’t have my receipt the salesman said he would have to give me the lowest sale price which was $49.99. I paid $100 for them. He ended up looking up my transaction and credited my card, but it was quite the process. If customers had the option to get a paper receipt, it would have made the experience better.I called corporate and was not understood. I had to discontinue the call because we were just going in circles and not getting anywhere.”
