“This is the first time we’ve used storage. Very happy that we chose Extra Space Storage. The facility is clean and modern. Access is easy and it’s open from 6am to 10pm which is better than most places we looked at. Also Roger the manager was really great. He was friendly and professional. I must say due to the snow and ice and the unfortunate weather event that led to the collaspe of a awning at my storage facility i was extremely upset and worried about my unit ready to pack up and hightail it outta there... but once again the amazing work of Debbie had calmed me down and i can't imagine how frustrating this has been for her and the rest of the team.... i once again will be staying with this amazing property and the amazing people that work here.... I just wanted to let everyone know... how amazing and awesome Debbie has and continues to be... as long as she is on the team you will always have my business!!!!!

He was very helpful and showed us the various storage options. He then helped us rent a unit, purchase a lock and set its combination, and establish access to the facility. We've started putting items in the unit and it is making a difficult process a little easier.”

“Recently got a unit at this location, I did everything online. When we came to put some stuff in the unit there was no working lights and I had no idea there was another to my unit ??♀️ the next day I got a call saying the say the door open and they put a lock on the door but to please come to the office. When we came the office it was 10 till closing time and Megan greeted us with such a positive and nice attitude. She came and fixed out lights! So far our experience has been been very positive. We have rented at this same location before and it’s great to see improvement.”

“Gentle ****'s Moving was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our in home estimator was great to work with. She was always available when we had questions and to make adjustments. They provided a Not to Exceed estimate and even though the job took an hour longer they didn't charge a ***** more. The men doing the moce were just as great, they made us laugh and we found ourselves extremely comfortable throughout the process. I can't recommend them enough. This was a great experience!!!”

“Cody was so helpful! It was obvious there was a LOT going on the day I came in, but they remained calm and professional and helped me figure out the building and my new storage rental. Prior to and while helping me, they had multiple other customers asking for their attention. They didn’t get frustrated or flustered, just really chill. I know how difficult those situations can be, so I wanted to give a shoutout.Building is clean, extra secure(the carts are locked too so they’re always available). Well ventilated, straight forward parking situation. Only downside is the hours, but I imagine that’s because of how you access the units(driving through the actual building). Personally, the drive through is a plus because my stuff isn’t exposed to the elements at all when I’m loading/unloading my vehicle(a struggle with my previous unit).Impressed!”
