I came across Gresham Automive and they have worked on both my cars and I couldn't be more pleased with everything they have done. I had a belt shred on my way out of town Fri afternoon of Labor Day weekend. Luckily I was able to drive to Hi-Tech. One of the mechanics was kind enough to take a moment to check it out even though he was busy. I love supporting family run businesses as they tend to be more friendly and attentive, which they definitely are. Since they had all the parts in stock, they got my car fixed the very Next Day!! I am still amazed and grateful. The price they quoted was what they charged. I will definitely be going back for tuneups and other fixes. Thanks again!!! ??”

“My fiancé and I were having trouble with our 2008 bmw 328i it sat at another shop for two weeks with no update on the repairs or cause…when we showed up to pick up the car it was completely torn apart took it to Bavarian they put it together and started a diagnosis in 2 days we heard back on the issue we were having and were given options for repair and ended up going with a new engine in about half a week they received the new motor did a full reseal of the engine tested it and put it in the car 2 days later got the car back I would 100% recommend going here for any of your bmw needs very friendly and amazing communication solid work backed with experience”

“Very fair, honest, prompt service! I ran my TDI Touareg completely out of fuel (which is a big no-no with those vehicles in the first place). They were very honest and straightforward from the first call, explaining thoroughly what the repair process could potentially entail. They were careful to help me understand what the potential outcomes were with hypothetical “best case” and “worst case” scenarios. Thankfully, the “best case” scenario turned out to be reality for me, and they were able to complete the work within the one hour diagnostic fee. I was not charged anything additional beyond the “ best case scenario “ estimate we discussed over the phone. They also provided me a free courtesy check and uncovered a list of concerns and considerations for future maintenance, all included under the very fair price I paid for diagnostics and repairs. I got a very good value for my money and look forward to doing business with them in the future!”

“I have never experienced such great customer service from an auto body shop! My car broke down on me while at the beach and the tow truck didn’t get me till 12 at night. We arrived at 3:30 in the morning with no notice Saturday night. When I talked to them Sunday morning they gave me assurance that they were gonna get it done and get me on the road. They had be set same day on Sunday! They were super on it and respectful even when I was not the ideal customer. My only suggestion would be to give them a call if you’re gonna be arriving at 3 in the morning even if you know they are closed ??”

“I spoke with John and his team was very kind. I wanted to have my car checked underneath after running over some metal on the road. While it wasn't a major concern, I wanted peace of mind since I had a road trip planned. They got me in and out within an hour. After a quick checkup, they confirmed that my car was fine and there were no issues. Although I was quoted $60, their internet was down, and they generously said it was free. I'm really happy with my first experience here and will definitely return for future needs.”

“I have a 92 Jeep and it had a ton of issues that these guys fixed it up for me. I hadn't taken it in a good while because I am worried I won't find a shop that's trustworthy. One of my good friends told me she had immaculate service here and my car was making a couple concerning noises, so I decided to take it in. “We needed new tires for our Ram 3500 before my husband heads into the Frank Church wilderness on a hunting trip. He had his heart set on BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3, and our cousin recommended Lovely Tires due to his multiple past experiences with them. When we called we were told they'd pick them up the next day, and we could have them installed the morning after. The price was very fair, and we are so happy with the tires. Their customer service is top notch, you will not experience anything like this if you are taking your vehicle to a dealership or big shop. “Yes, go here. I originally took my car in for brakes and the technicians found my steering components a mess. They fixed it up along with an alignment. As I was driving home, I noticed it was still pulling to the right. I immediately called and they asked if I could bring it back first thing in the morning. The technicians realized my alignment was needing an additional fix, and Amado kindly worked with me. Holy moly if Amado didn’t call me before they closed shop to ask how the steering was doing! This type of customer service doesn’t seem to exist much anymore, thank you for the feeling of the past!”
“I had been in an accident on Friday (9/6/24) which resulted in a blown tire, I called Gresham Premier that Sunday because I’ve had wonderful service from them prior. Danny, answered my call, ordered my tire & had the tire in the shop within 24 hours. I called Monday explaining the nightmare of issues I had already been dealing with my car 2 weeks before (mechanic wise). He asked if I could come in Tuesday, but after explaining what I had already been dealing with, he told me to stop by at 4pm on Monday and they would take care of me. Within 15 minutes, they had my car in the back & tire replaced. With the labor & cost of a BRAND NEW TIRE, including balancing and alignment, I walked out paying a beautiful price of $140. I seriously will NEVER go anywhere else when it comes to my tires. I’ve had them give me an envelope full of business cards so that I can hand them out to people I know. I even have family come up from Southern Oregon for their tires and prices because they are THAT AMAZING. Seriously, I may brag too much about you guys ;)
