Amazing animal shelter. The staff was so kind and helpful. Dropped off a cute cat that needed help and he had been chipped and got united with his rightful owner within two hours. What a happy ending. ?

Took in 15 cats locked in crates on a whim when everyone involved was helpless. Oregon humane society would never. This place is a true blessing to the community. Thank you heartland humane society for doing the right thing and caring. You are so appreciated.

This is the shelter where I found the most loving dog who goes almost everywhere with me now- I am completely over the moon to have her in my life❤️
