I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting my car back from Springer, I felt compelled to share my experience. My car was hit by a deer during a vacation to Lost Lake in late July 2024. Even though I was driving carefully, the accident broke the bracket of my right headlight, damaged the housing, and bent the right fender. I was at a loss since I didn’t know of any reputable body and paint shops in town. Luckily, a friend and colleague of mine recommended Springer Body and Paint, as his friends had been pleased with their work.
I decided to take my Tesla MYP to Springer, where I was warmly welcomed by Aimee, the owner, and Noel, the collision estimator. Noel played a huge role in the process, walking me through every detail of the damage assessment. She and Aimee explained the breakdown of the estimate clearly, helping me understand which parts and repairs were necessary. They were patient and answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt confident about the next steps. Their thoroughness and professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.
Both Noel and Aimee worked together to make sure I got a detailed and accurate estimate quickly. Since Springer is not yet Tesla-certified, Noel also explained that I would need to order certain parts from Tesla myself, but she still made the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, Springer has extensive experience dealing with insurance, and within two days, They helped secure approval for the repairs.
Once all the necessary parts arrived—including a new headlight and some smaller components—they provided me with an accurate timeline for the job. They did an outstanding job on my car. If you didn’t know about the accident, you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened, even down to the smallest details. The body technician, Jon, expertly straightened the fender, prepped the surface for painting, and aligned everything perfectly (a common issue with new Teslas, especially the hood). Juan, the painter, matched the new paint with the original so seamlessly that even a perfectionist like me was satisfied. The detailing specialist, Keone, washed and cleaned the car thoroughly, making it look brand new.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about—their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Springer also went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the PPF (paint protection film) shop to ensure the front of my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. If I could, I’d give them six stars. Below are some before and after photos of the repairs (note: the left fender still had the PPF on it, which is why the color appears slightly different, but it all matches once the PPF is reapplied).”
“Back months ago I had a fender bender causing me to need new headlights. My old oem were nasty and past restoration so I purchased the 04-08 Depo Euro Style headlights from HeelToe. The only thing I did not see at the time was there was a back order on these items and at the time I was frustrated that I did not see that. HeelToe reassured me that I would get my headlights as soon as possible so I waited till I got them delivered randomly one day. The packaging was very well done by depo and they mounted just fine. My only issue was trying to figure out how to get the ballast on properly on both headlights. I followed HeelToes installation guide and understood exactly what I needed to do. Thank you HeelToe for your help and patience with my order!”

Came down and they took care of me so fast, put the tire on, put my spare back in my car, and were so kind the entire time. “Tim at ColorAll exceed all expectations! My 2009 Honda CRV has some clear coat issues on the bumper and roof. Everyone except ColorAll either didn't want to fix it or wanted too much to fix it. Tim explained that he couldn't just fix the clear coat, the whole area would need to be repainted as well. After completing the work, Tim showed me where he matched the color. It is spot on. I'm more than satisfy. Now, I'm noticing the hood and other areas of the car are starting to exhibit clear coat issues. I know exactly who can fix it! I'll be back, Tim!”
“Had a read window and some lift gate parts replaced on my Crosstrek, and the shop did a great job. The work is high quality and was completed on time and on budget. The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”
“Oregon Collision Center came recommended to me by a family friend after my first accident. I had ZERO experience on the process of getting my car fixed. Carlos saw me for a pre-estimate the day after I called (other shops were weeks out just to take a look). He gave me information on how to make my car as safe as possible to drive in the time before they were able to get me in to fix. Patience made the experience even more wonderful with her frequent email updates on the status of the body work. Absolutely WONDERFUL crew. “Oil change was quick and easy. However the tech found a leak in my car which was not visible. We had that diagnosed and since the repair was quoted at around 1800 we decided to continue driving the car for now as it has not been driven a lot which could explain the leak. The lady in charge of the service was kind and friendly. The charge for the oil change and diagnosis was well earned.”

What you also failed to mention is that the incident that you are talking about was the second time we had a problem with you blocking the street. “Jerry rebuilt the starter for my ancient cat D4 bulldozer, after reinstalling it had issues engaging with the flywheel, and I suspected a problem with the rebuild. Jerry worked with me swapping out the Bendix, never suggesting that the problem might be due to my inability to correctly align the starter, which ultimately proved to be the case. First rate experience, thanks Jerry, I appreciate your expertise and patience!”
