Three Rivers Grooming
2570 Ocean Blvd SE, Coos BayI have been coming here for a few years now with my mini Australian shepherd and I have always been very satisfied with his results. They are very kind, and do exactly what you ask and can offer suggestions if you aren't quite sure. My boy Rebel is always happy and doesn't get any irritations from his visits like other places have. Now he's a little older and has seizures and they are still always so gentle and kind to him. Highly recommend!

Yoda's hut
775 N Front St, Coos BayThe build-up and expectations were too high so in the end it was a good - but not amazing - breakfast burrito. Potatoes were a cut-above, not boring cubed like at many places. Also, I recommend a side of gravy. What was an unexpected let down was the tortilla wasn't grilled. Service was stoic, she could barely muster a smile. The menu looks very tempting so I'm sure the sandwiches earn their great reputation. Many are fond of this place so use my lukewarm review with a grain of salt.

Fishermen's Seafood Market
200 S Bayshore Dr, Coos BayA floating seafood market with incredibly fresh fish that is perfectly cooked, the friendliest staff you could hope to meet, and excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT clam chowder. One more thing- I don’t like coleslaw, never have; I DEVOURED the coleslaw side that came with my basket. It was absolutely stellar! If you are driving down the coast it would be a huge mistake to miss this spot. I’m not kidding. You should plan your drive around eating here.

Aromas Cakery
93600 Timber Ln, Coos BayAromas Cakery made me the most Fabulous Prinsesstårta which is a Swedish Princess Cake for my birthday. I called 6 local bakeries & she was the only one willing to attempt it as it's rather complicated. Deliciously filled with a Marzipan fondant. It was as delicious as it was beautiful. Thank you SO much for my very special cake.

260 S Broadway, Coos BayWe had no reservations but we're welcomed warmly. Two of us had a halibut special, one had chicken parmasean and a salad and I had linguini alle vongole. Just the best presentation and flavors of all of our meals. Sean was a superb waiter, very personable.

100 Commercial Ave, Coos BayAbsolutely fantastic. The decor is whimsical and the food was exceptional. I got the goulash and the rest of the table got the stroganoff, and we were all raving. The spatzel is so so so good. Highly recommend!

The Boat Fish & Chips
102 Hall Ave, Coos BayGreat place for seafood! We ate in the covered patio & with the heaters on, it was perfect! Our waitress was friendly, super sweet & helpful, while the everything about the restaurant & bathrooms were clean & taken care of. Our order consisted of Halibut & coconut shrimp combo with good coleslaw, cod tacos & fish sandwich. Everyone was happy with their choices, including the varied beer selections. If there was only one thing to pick at, I thought the $28 price tag for the Halibut/coconut shrimp combo was a bit steep. The high price tag was due to the Halibut, which was market value, so maybe ask what the price is first before ordering. We will be back.
