Mini Pet Mart
2630 US-101, FlorenceThis place is honestly so amazing. I was traveling through the area when my dog was bit by another dog and I hadn’t the slightest clue what to do, being that this has never happened to my dog previously (he’s 10 yea to old) and every single veterinarian within 60 miles was unable or unwilling to accept “new patients”. I was defeated, deflated, and pretty scared for my poor little guy. Knowing nothing else but to find a cone for him to stop licking away at his little puncture wound, o headed to the mini part in Florence. I can’t say how happy I am! Not only was the two woman team of associates working there extremely Knowledgeable and kind- but they were empathetic to my situation and offered some advice on how to care for my Shiba in the meanwhile, or until it healed or I could get to a veterinary clinic who could accept a new dog. When you’re on vacation or traveling, it can get pretty nerve racking not having the usual amenities or services of care available to you but these ladies made me feel right back at home, lifting my spirits and giving me some much needed hope and support. I was relieved. I got two different cones for him just to ensure fit and comfort, a self stick bandage so he wouldn’t get infected while strolling the beaches here, and some always efficient Vetricyn plus anti microbial wound care to flush it out first. The staff was so friendly and helpful and honestly more helpful than one could even hope for. They were 5 star! Also, the selection at this store was insane. They have literally everything you and your pet will need and then some. I’m beyond relieved and just so grateful. No words! Fantastic service and selection! Thanks so much ladies!

Village Grooming
1379 Rhododendron Dr, FlorenceGreat with our dogs ! Our older dog would not let anyone trim his nails without a fight, to the point that he had to be put out to do them . Village did them without a problem and he’s not all droggy and upset afterwards! Can’t say how much we appreciate them and would highly recommend them !!!

Aloha Pet Grooming
1751 12th St, FlorenceThis is the only place we will take our Shorkie (Nikki). We were absolutely thrilled with the cut but more importantly, we had a previous experience with a different groomer that was horrific and they took the time to listen to me when I told them about it and how traumatized she was afterward. They truly treated her exceptionally well and I'm forever grateful. OUTSTANDING groomer!!!

Osburn Veterinary Clinic
1730 Kingwood St, FlorenceWe’ve only been with Osborne for the past four months. We have three puppies and so far their customer service has been fantastic. The vet has an awesome bedside manner. They explain everything and the cost. We were at Veneta vet clinic for the past six years, hour drive, two hour wait hour drive home. Different vet. Every time we went there staff was cordial. It was getting too complicated. Last week our senior dog had a seizure at home and did not recover. She had to be put down. I can’t say enough about all the staff at Osborne, how kind, considerate and empathetic they were under a difficult emotional situation. Thank you Osborne!!!
