“Great little, local powerlifting and strongman gym with everything you need. The specialty equipment is top-notch and available at the lab.The lab can get a little crowded in the afternoon, but nothing compared to your average commercial gym. The energy and support is great when people are around, and the 24/7 access is a bonus.The coaching and programming has been incredible.
