“My phone could no longer charge -- apparently the port was damaged. Melanie one of the people that worked there first examined the port and found it had lint and other gunk in it. It charged briefly but was no longer dependable.

So Melanie told me how I could change plans and get a new version of my phone for $100 (not including the plan change). I went from 4g to 5g and got a new phone and a better plan (better reception.) She also was great in that she put on the screen protector perfectly -- no air bubbles. And she helped me get a couple good fast wall chargers! Excellent customer care! Thank you, Melanie!”

“Elliot spent two hours with me to set up a new iPhone. He was thorough and found I didn’t back up correctly and fixed the issue to make sure I didn’t lose any data. He was so chill and knew exactly how to trouble shoot. I was dreading the new phone set up process but he made it pleasant and easy so I had to leave a review. “Abby is an absolutely phenomenal and top-notch T-Mobile professional. As new customers, we switched from another carrier over the phone. Not only did Abby assist me personally, she assisted my entire family. She maintained a pleasant demeanor knowing she wasn't getting the initial commission. Additionally, she was able to correct mistakes made by the Mall 205 store visited the previous day. We were poorly treated there with appalling attitudes.

She went over my line on my daughters Plan and gave me a price breakdown, even writing it down for me. “Changing phone carriers is never something many look forward to - let alone, cross their mind. However, when rumors were leaked that T-Mobile would be moving legacy plans to their newer plans, this immediately became something I constantly thought about as I couldn't afford to pay double the price. One of the first stops I made was the Verizon store at Gresham Station. Andrew immediately greeted me and let me explain the situation while understanding that I was only in the research phase and would not be signing/transferring anything until the news was confirmed the following week. This didn't phase Andrew at all - in fact, he continued to work with me to find a plan that suited my needs without using any sales tactics. When we finally aligned on a plan that matched, Andrew handed me his business card and said that I could text him with any questions. Little did he know, I would be taking him up on his offer and asking him questions every other day for the next two weeks. During those two weeks, I went to AT&T and sadly admit, other Verizon branches to see if the offers varied and out of all of these experiences, none of them compared to Andrew's. The level of care, and willingness to work with me and remember the facts is what made me return to officially become a Verizon customer! Even after signing the contract and needing to wait to port the number over because of my complex situation, Andrew still worked with me instead of telling me to call customer service. His level of dedication to serve the needs of the consumers is why I am happy to have become a Verizon customer and will not be switching phone carriers anytime soon.”

We try to stick local as best as possible these days and they are not a bad service. As said, "some" things could change to be more competitive. Outside of that, still love them. Instead of immediately pushing me toward a new phone or plan, Chris took the time to explore options for freeing up storage on my current device. He managed to free up a significant amount of space, which saved me from having to buy a new phone, and I really appreciate that.Chris also provided a thorough breakdown of the costs and benefits if I were to upgrade my phone and switch to a new plan. He was very transparent and knowledgeable, but there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When I'm ready to upgrade, I will definitely come back to see Chris. His honesty and customer-focused approach really stood out, and I highly recommend him if you need assistance at T-Mobile.”
