Not because of price, but because they gained my trust.”

“I've come here twice now, both for the same issue with the drive belt. Something went wrong the first time I came, but they made it right about a month later when I called them to say the initial repair was failing (I believe the tensioner rod was crooked?). Things happen, mistakes are made; what matters to me is owning it and getting it resolved. I share this because integrity can feel hard to come by with automechanics; unpleasant (and expensive) surprises almost come standard with a typical mechanic visit. Japanese Connection is the exception to that rule. Strongly recommend.”
