Knowledgeable and fair, uses quality parts to do quality work. Will let you know if he sees something that needs to be address and shows you why. My experience with this shop has been so good that I continue to drive from Seattle to him in Bend to get work done on my 91 vanagon.

It’s a shame this guy can’t manage his business properly. He does good work but good luck getting your project finished or having him communicate with you.
