“I own a 2016, first generation Volkswagen Tiguan, SE 4Motion. This is my second Tiguan and I knew I wanted to get away from having my service done at the dealerships. I only wish I'd found Import Auto sooner. These guys are straight shooters who I'd feel comfortable making a deal on a handshake with. When I first contacted Import Auto via email Michael was quick on his follow up. He kept it simple and direct, putting me at ease when I explained my limited knowledge of auto repair and maintenance.
He had a casual confidence that said he understood and with a, "Yep, we can do that." put me on their schedule within a week. Unfortunately I missed to appointment due to illness and had to cancel. A few weeks later I called back to see if they would still take me. To my surprise they remembered who I was, and with a, "Yeah, come on in!" I was dropping my car off the same day. The shop is easy to find just off the westside of OR 217. The reception area is tight, it's clean and profession with character and clearly run by a team that loves everything auto. While no one was in reception there's an obvious buzzer and they were quick to respond. I don't recall the gentleman's name who helped my in reception but was impressed with his professional appearance and clean, wrinkle free shop shirt, with a name patch. The guy was just as friendly and professional as Michael and had an easy going way of putting me at ease. For my part, I can only describe the VW I dropped off as a sad disaster. It hadn't been serviced for an embarrassingly long time, which I explained. And I also dropped it off looking like it was in shambles, not the best first impression. But still they were cool. My car needed a lot done and I found the cost of service for maintenance and repair was fair. And they were completely transparent through the whole process, there were no surprises.
This is an an honest shop with a trustworthy, friendly and professional crew. And in the end the work was of exceptionally high quality. These goes go above and beyond and I intend on using their services for years to come. Thank you Import Auto for getting me to love my car again!”

“Went in for a service repair on my 2020 Raptor, rear differential was out, I had the front differential replaced at Courtesy Ford Lincoln in Portland (they never checked on my rear diff even though it had noise) that said Bryant was fantastic, professional, and communicative. The dealer got me set up in a rental car and the work was done within 5 days. A fully rebuilt rear differential was done in 5 days. They were phenomenal! I will be getting my vehicles serviced from here from now on”
