Place is great, fast and easy service. On top of that they have self serve kiosk making it much easier to get the things done quickly.
If anyone cant use Kiosk then they are there obviously to help and assist with anything needed.

The service is fine, but their fees are ridiculous for boxes/ envelopes. A 12x10x15” box was almost $8, and a thin plastic envelope (I’m sure that will protect my glass cutting board being returned to Amazon?) was $4. I have nothing against making a profit, but those prices will make me think twice for sure.

Amanda was awesome. Helped us navigate the return process even when we ran into some challenges. 11/10 would recommend!
