On top of that they have self serve kiosk making it much easier to get the things done quickly.
If anyone cant use Kiosk then they are there obviously to help and assist with anything needed.”
“Absolutely the best mail center I have ever used. The BEST part is AIM allows us to use the street address therefore all deliveries are possible. Many merchants will not deliver to a PO Box.Both persons, Kristine and the gentleman (cannot recall his name but he sounds Euro) have assisted me with utmost respect and kindness. If they were short with me, I give them the credit that they are having a bad day. Kristine is quiet but gives detailed explanations when asked. The gentleman is very communicative on the other hand. I love it!!!AIM holds my packages local and international packages until I pick up and they send email reminders promptly. That alone gives me so much contentment that my packages are safe, not stolen as it is at my residence. Much cheaper to rent mail boxes than other rental companies, I compared prices, nothing comes near.This is a gift shop as well with many international and local style clothing. A joy for the eyes while you wait if needed to. For cotton clothing, this is the place this summer. I highly recommend it!!”
“Been going here for years and it’s been good. Sometimes they get busy but do what they can. Way better than standing in line at the post office for an hour.
Reading the negative reviews, sounds like those people for the most part don’t know what they are doing or how things work. You can’t blame a location for a lost or damaged package. That’s just the nature of shipping things, sometimes things happen and I ship quite often. UPS is definitely the most reliable in every aspect. The store doesn’t set the rates either.
Do yourself a favor and buy a cheap $10 scale get some box tape and then print your own labels at home. You will have the items for future shipping and save yourself time and money.
I’m here every week I walk in drop off if I want a receipt I might have to wait a few minutes max for them to help others. If it’s Amazon returns you can just get your package ready put the label on. And just leave it on the counter if you’re not concerned about a receipt.

Also keep in mind packages go through different hubs, I have definitely seen a pattern with every shipper and where it goes. Some hubs are just known for damage or theft. Depending on shipper”

“Went here on a Sunday to get electronic passport photos. Was my first try here but my third with FedEx, as another location screwed them up … twice! Whitney here at the Nimbus location heard our story and had no hesitation helping us. This store has a screen they use, which guarantees the background will be white (an important requirement by the State Department). Whitney got it right! Our online applications were accepted using the photos she took.”
