“The staff here have consistently provided amazing service every time I've visited, to the point that even though there are closer stores to me that I can ship items out of, I still go to this location in Cedar Hills. They are always so helpful and friendly, even when it's busy. Kathy takes the time to actually see if my items fit into a smaller box so I don't have to pay as much for shipping. “I am in here constantly picking up parts and sending stuff back. Have had zero issues. They know me and my stuff is ready for pick up when I come in. It does upset me seeing entitled boomers getting mad because they can’t figure out how to use a printer, and then blaming the staff for their own inadequacies.”

“I stopped by Fastsigns to inquire regarding a windshield sun shield banner. I meet with Alex, she was very knowledgeable with what I was wanting. She reached out to Derek, who installs the banners, for his input regarding my request. He suggest a mock up, we all agreed. Few days later got a call from Alex the mock up was ready to see. Both Derek and Alex helped explaining different types of materials which was most helpful. I decided to got forward, made date for installation. Everything went better than expected, and finished product is above my expections.”
