“I needed backdrops and other items for a trade show. I found PrintSource360 online; the website was very well-organized and provided good instructions about design files and file preparation. The products looked good and the price was very good compared with other websites. At first I was skeptical because their prices were about a third lower than anything else I could find, and I couldn't find any customer reviews for them online. Was it even a real company? I ended up speaking on the phone with Mike, he said that they don't have any reviews online because most of their customers are businesses and they are not in the habit of posting online reviews, but he would like to remedy this (a good idea). I decided to go ahead and ordered a large framework backdrop, a large retractable banner and a table cloth. The order was processed promptly and shipped quickly, and I was happy with the way it came out. I just placed another order for a retractable banner for a different show. Very pleased with the service, and just wanted to post a review to make it clear that yes, this company is for real, their products are for real and their prices also. Thank you, Mike!”

“I needed to get fingerprinted for the criminal background check required so I could volunteer in my granddaughter's preschool. PostNet in Tigard does these, is near me and has parking. I had an appointment today with Kelly and she was awesome. I was stressed because I thought I would be late for my appointment, but she reassured me saying she would have waited for me! My map indicated that PostNet is on the second right hand street after the Fred Meyer entrance, but that was just a driveway, so I mistakenly took 74th Ave just beyond it, which is one-way. I parked in a restaurant lot and rechecked the map. Since it was only 3 minutes on foot (same as driving), I walked there. PostNet is next to the Fred Meyer Garden Center, so if you go, and I recommend it as they are super nice, don't stress as I did or listen to your map - just drive into the entrance to Fred Meyer and turn left at the Garden Center.”

I was missing tracking for a return that was worth several hundred dollars. The person working the desk worked so hard to locate my tracking. It wasn't easy my last name was misspelled on the receipt. I was able to get the tracking and send it to the vendor! Postal Plus saved the day. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with them on putting together several proposals for brand new copier machines in our offices as our lease on our existing equipment through Pacific Office Automation is FINALLY drawing to a close (and btw, if you are even remotely considering going down that route with POA, don't just walk away... RUN! Trust me). The rep that I worked with throughout this entire process (and it was a long one, on our end, not theirs) was Nick Bassett, and he was an absolute delight! He stuck by us every step of the way, with a dogged determination and drive to see things through. He may be young and somewhat new to the industry, but do not let that fool you. This guy really knows his stuff, far better than many veteran reps who I have spoken to throughout my lifetime. He is always prompt and timely in his responses and follow-up, does exactly what he says he is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about his company and the products and services that they provide, and truly cares about what is in the best interests of the customer, and is therefore not pushy in the least, which I really appreciated. I have absolutely no doubt that Nick is going to go very far in his career, no matter where his future takes him, and I hope that one day our paths might cross again in the future. While we ultimately were not able to work with Kelley in the end due to a corporate contract that was in place with another provider and entirely out of my control, I definitely consider that to be a huge loss on our end, as this is one classy company, and one that I would have loved to have been partners with. And I would gladly be willing to recommend their services to anybody, any day of the week. So thank you, Kelley Connect, for a job very well done. And thank YOU, Nick, for all you did in helping us along the way, and for being so gracious, even when things didn't pan out exactly as we'd all hoped in the end. It did not go unnoticed.”
