I went in looking for a reclining leather sofa today. Walked around the entire store and the two men ignored me the entire time. They said hello to everyone else *except* me and didn't offer to help at all. One guy walked right by me to talk and say hello to someone who came in after me. I'll look to spend my money elsewhere.

On May 2017 I purchased a set of furniture that I was told it was leather!! After 1.5 year I noticed that it was peeling off. I contacted them (Gallery furniture) and was told to write to manager and as you can guess I was passed from one person to another and bottom line zip. Pictures attached. Very bad experience.

Mike was super helpful and accommodating and we didn’t feel pressured at all. We went in looking for a variety of things as we just moved in to an apartment together and don’t have any furniture. We got a really cool cocktail/coffee table that was on sale for a great price. They wrapped it up for us and put it out car.
