“Last August, we needed a warranty replacement mattress for a model no longer made, so we came to Tanasbourne BedMart to try replacement options. In spite of this being a warranty situation (no purchase at the store, just trying out), Dave was super helpful, pleasant, informative, let us take our (and his) time. Forward to June, due to a house disaster, we need to purchase a mattress and adjustable frame. We didn’t think twice about coming back to have Dave Whitman show us what’s new, knowing he’s so helpful and professional. He informs and helps, but doesn’t “sell”. We recommend this specific store and Dave in particular. I hate shopping and large item purchases, but this was a good experience…my highest praise for shopping!”
“We had an exceptional experience with the Mattress Firm location on Cornell Rd in Beaverton! Me and my partner desperately need a new mattress, but we’ve never been able to fully commit to purchasing our first “real, adult” mattress. We’ve had to go for cheap deals and discounts over the years that turned out to just be gimmicks online, and our bodies have definitely paid the price. We couldn’t avoid the fact any longer that we needed to bite the bullet and commit to buying a mattress of actual quality.
We were greeted by Joseph when we arrived and right from the start he made the entire process as simple and clear as possible. I actually had FUN throughout the process and felt super comfortable chatting with him during our visit. He was very friendly and relatable, but also took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions.
I had no idea there was an actual process with steps to follow in order to make the right mattress selection. It was such a pleasant surprise to be guided through a formula that effectively highlighted our top mattress choices and empowered us to make the right decision that would meet all of our needs. This process completely removed all of my worries and anxiety immediately.
Once we got down to the nitty gritty details regarding financing and all of the options that were available, I was very impressed with Joseph’s ability to explain everything without overwhelming us or using pushy sales tactics. We genuinely felt that he was invested in our health and wellness by helping us make the right decisions that met our sleep goals and financial capabilities.
We’ll have our new mattress delivered soon (can’t wait!) but I didn’t need to wait to leave this review because I’m confident that we made the right selection based on how incredible our experience was. Even if we don’t love our new mattress (which I find extremely unlikely) we’ll still have a few months to try it out and there are options about what we can do should that happen, which made this entire process feel risk free.

We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“I bought two matching reclining chairs from NW Gallery back in September. Wendy was my salesperson and she was excellent!I knew they'd take a while and gave them a call after 2 months. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful. And the best news - the chairs are in perfect condition, work well and look great!I am very happy with my purchases and with NW Gallery Furniture!!! I recommend them highly! “Not the cleaner meat. Restocks happen at the absolute normal inconvenient times, and the workers get extremely rude if your shopping is in their way and they’ll let you know it by beings rude. Everything is always either sold out, or in the wrong places with the wrong price. Too many times I’ve found something labeled at 4.99 just for them to tell me the code I la wrong, and rings up is 60$ plus. Who’s doing that, customers trying to steal, or just inept employees?”
