“What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision? We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day. “I recently had someone back into my Audi Q5 SUV. I searched for a collision repair center with good reviews and found myself at Advantage Collison Center. Chris Heinrich was my point of contact. He was excellent and showed genuine interest in getting my repairs done right and insuring that I was pleased with the outcome. Chris and his team came in on time and actually under budget from the quote I had received at the beginning. They ended up replacing a rear door on the vehicle which was where all of the damage was located. About a month after the work was done I noticed a vibration sound in the rear door when the engine idled. The sound would go away as the engine RPM went higher. Just the same it drove me crazy when I stopped at lights or stop signs and the engine idled. I called Chris and explained what was going on. He told me to bring it back in and he would take a look at it. I scheduled a time and waited in the waiting area while they tore into my door and found something that was not quite right with a part in the door. They fixed it up and had me on my way in about 40 minutes. The SUV was quiet again! No questions asked with my return trip other than an affirmation that he wanted it to be right. Now the vehicle is quiet and a joy to both look at and drive, thanks to the team at Advantage Collision. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs collision repair.”

“Overall, I had a positive experience at this shop. Despite being incredibly busy, they made an effort to ensure my repairs felt like a priority. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.
The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent, which is ultimately the most important factor.
I’m deducting one star due to a minor communication issue. On Friday, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, but due to my own schedule, I couldn’t pick it up before they closed for the weekend. I was told it would be ready on Monday, and I could come by anytime. However, when I arrived Monday afternoon, I was informed the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours as it still needed reassembly. This caused some inconvenience with my rental car return, which could have been avoided with clearer communication.
Additionally, I was asked to give a 10 out of 10 rating on a survey, as anything less would affect someone's commission. As you can see from this review, I do not feel this particular experience deserves a perfect score, but I don't want anyone punished over it.
Bottom line: Despite the small communication error, Gerber did an excellent job on my repair, and I do recommend them.”

Many just seem to not care but after writing this review I was contacted almost immediately by Precision acknowledging my experience and asking if/how they could change my opinion and experience. That is top notch customer service...period. I have been working with David, the GM, since on how we can work together. Super impressed with how they handled this situation and feedback. They regained a customer!
STARTED AS A 1 STAR REVIEW - First time and last working with Precision. The only reason I went with them to begin with is because Audi Beaverton recommends them as their collision and repair place and they are Audi Certified. I have been dealing with a hit and run for the last week and did the Precision online estimate to get an idea of cost, worked through my insurance company (Allstate) and then called Precision to figure out next steps. I was told the person who reviewed my online estimate request/pictures wanted to see it in person to make sure the estimate is accurate. Makes sense. This was yesterday afternoon... Today I took my car in and was told that they would not work with Allstate and the only way they would repair it is if I committed to paying out of pocket and deal with them on my own. Which is fine but VERY DISAPPOINTING to have them wait to give me this information instead of sharing it with me on the phone when I called to make the appointment. They were already significantly higher than other shops and not close but I was leaning towards them because they are Audi Certified and insurance was covering it.”

As I'm quickly finding out accidents, don't just create pain from the impact but pain from dealing with the insurance companies and the lack of information given by the insurance. My vehicle has sentimental value to me beyond just being how I get to and from. Not only do the amazing people here understand how I felt they took the time to honestly answer all of my questions. They walked me through what the damages were and what needs to be fixed. The level of compassion that they have. I've never experienced at any other shop.”
