“The staff at this store is incredibly helpful! I had four large packages I needed shipped internationally and the info I'd been sent to ship them was extremely confusing. I walked into this UPS store with a bundle of paper and four fifty-pound boxes and both staff working stopped everything to help me. They were incredibly patient and explained things multiple times until I understood what I needed, and they made what could have been a nightmare experience go so smoothly! I worked with Vanessa and one other employee I didn't catch the name of, and they were INCREDIBLY helpful. I will definitely ship with this location again!”
“Convenient. 4pm cut off for overnight shipping to the East. 5pm cut off for overnight shipping on the West. They have shipping supplies. They get a little cranky when you ask for a envelope, a pack and a pouch for the same shipment. Apparently, this is a FedEx no no.”

They were beyond helpful. I honestly didn’t believe this type of customer service existed anymore. They have reinstated my belief that there are great customer service folks and genuinely helpful people still out there. I will definitely be using them for all mailings moving forward.
