The shop encountered a brief delay waiting on a specific part the insurance required, because of a federal holiday, but that was well communicated and the revised timeline was met. Not sure if the owner handles all customer relations, but he is who I worked with, and that was a great experience. Very friendly and realistic man.”

The repairs I needed done were covered by insurance, though I had several companies to choose from and I chose based off google star rating. I am so happy with my choice. They made the entire process as smooth and easy as I could imagine, and did a fantastic job of keeping me updated via text. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional, and kind. They handled almost all the coordinating with the insurance company as well, and they were able to complete the repairs well within the timeframe they told me to expect.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting my car back from Springer, I felt compelled to share my experience. My car was hit by a deer during a vacation to Lost Lake in late July 2024. Even though I was driving carefully, the accident broke the bracket of my right headlight, damaged the housing, and bent the right fender. I was at a loss since I didn’t know of any reputable body and paint shops in town. Luckily, a friend and colleague of mine recommended Springer Body and Paint, as his friends had been pleased with their work.
I decided to take my Tesla MYP to Springer, where I was warmly welcomed by Aimee, the owner, and Noel, the collision estimator. Noel played a huge role in the process, walking me through every detail of the damage assessment. She and Aimee explained the breakdown of the estimate clearly, helping me understand which parts and repairs were necessary. They were patient and answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt confident about the next steps. Their thoroughness and professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.
Both Noel and Aimee worked together to make sure I got a detailed and accurate estimate quickly. Since Springer is not yet Tesla-certified, Noel also explained that I would need to order certain parts from Tesla myself, but she still made the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, Springer has extensive experience dealing with insurance, and within two days, They helped secure approval for the repairs.
Once all the necessary parts arrived—including a new headlight and some smaller components—they provided me with an accurate timeline for the job. They did an outstanding job on my car. If you didn’t know about the accident, you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened, even down to the smallest details. The body technician, Jon, expertly straightened the fender, prepped the surface for painting, and aligned everything perfectly (a common issue with new Teslas, especially the hood). Juan, the painter, matched the new paint with the original so seamlessly that even a perfectionist like me was satisfied. The detailing specialist, Keone, washed and cleaned the car thoroughly, making it look brand new.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about—their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Springer also went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the PPF (paint protection film) shop to ensure the front of my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. If I could, I’d give them six stars. Below are some before and after photos of the repairs (note: the left fender still had the PPF on it, which is why the color appears slightly different, but it all matches once the PPF is reapplied).”

He was very transparent about fees and any risks with either option. “What would be worse than not able to find a body shop to support after a collision? We have a mild/medium collision that damaged both fender and bumper near the driver seat. The key problem bugging us is the driver door wouldn't open enough to get in. I am in desperate to look for an autobody to help me look into it so I can drive. Called 7-8 body shop, none of them can even schedule estimate 6-12 weeks out!! How crazy is that huh? Then I found Peter's Quality Autobody, he asked me to bring the car in the same day. “I recently had someone back into my Audi Q5 SUV. I searched for a collision repair center with good reviews and found myself at Advantage Collison Center. Chris Heinrich was my point of contact. He was excellent and showed genuine interest in getting my repairs done right and insuring that I was pleased with the outcome. Chris and his team came in on time and actually under budget from the quote I had received at the beginning. They ended up replacing a rear door on the vehicle which was where all of the damage was located. About a month after the work was done I noticed a vibration sound in the rear door when the engine idled. The sound would go away as the engine RPM went higher. Just the same it drove me crazy when I stopped at lights or stop signs and the engine idled. I called Chris and explained what was going on. He told me to bring it back in and he would take a look at it. I scheduled a time and waited in the waiting area while they tore into my door and found something that was not quite right with a part in the door. They fixed it up and had me on my way in about 40 minutes. The SUV was quiet again! No questions asked with my return trip other than an affirmation that he wanted it to be right. Now the vehicle is quiet and a joy to both look at and drive, thanks to the team at Advantage Collision. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that needs collision repair.”

What you also failed to mention is that the incident that you are talking about was the second time we had a problem with you blocking the street. Your inconsiderate to the point, one of our handicapped customers had to walk up the street and around your vehicle to pick up his vehicle.
