If he is not available, I know I am still in good hands with the other qualified vets in the office. I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Fletcher is friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything well, and always includes my kids in the visit conversations.”

“About 2 years ago, our 14 year old Chihuahua had a seizure, out of nowhere...I called the vet we'd been using for all our dogs over the previous 20 years and told them what happened. Her response, "Well we close in about 10 minutes so we won't be able to help you. I told her I could be there in about 5 minutes, but same response. I hung up and called Reid's clinic and the person asked me to bring my little buddy in. They waited for us and after checking him out, recommended we go to the emergency clinic in Corvallis so they could keep an eye on him and run tests to determine the cause. They (Reid's) didn't charge us a dime and we headed to Corvallis. We were there all night, and ended up putting my little Louie down. It was a long sad night, but Reid's now takes care of our new puppy. Couldn't be happier. I don't want to name our previous vet, but they will never see our pets again. Reid's is fantastic.”
“My miniature doxie passed away a year ago after an unexpected massive brain seizure type episode. River's Edge kept her calm and sedated until I rushed back to Albany as I had been out of town. The staff took turns carrying her swaddled like a baby until I got there. The owner stayed to allow me to say goodbye to my precious girl. OUTSTANDING VET AND STAFF. I would give them 100 stars if I could.”

“I've taken my animals here for a long while now. Dr. Beachy is a good doctor. When he first came to Linn Veterinary hospital when Dr. Ben Braat was still practicing, Dr. Beachy was the one that looked at my chocolate lab and took X-rays of my boy's legs and hips. I haven't met his wife yet, but I'm sure she is just as nice as he is. Everyone at the hospital are wonderful caring people.”
“Corvallis location was fast super friendly $70 for the exam they had the meds on site didn't have to go to a pharmacy they were fast efficient I can't say enough good things about my visit there today.”
“Vets were great with my puppy during the vaccine and microchip process. Intake was thorough and informative. I was unable to update his forms and my info online (not the stores fault) so the check in process was a bit longer. Wait time was longer than expected, I feel like line organization for check in could be a little better. Overall good experience.”
