“About 2 years ago, our 14 year old Chihuahua had a seizure, out of nowhere...I called the vet we'd been using for all our dogs over the previous 20 years and told them what happened. Her response, "Well we close in about 10 minutes so we won't be able to help you. I told her I could be there in about 5 minutes, but same response. I hung up and called Reid's clinic and the person asked me to bring my little buddy in. They waited for us and after checking him out, recommended we go to the emergency clinic in Corvallis so they could keep an eye on him and run tests to determine the cause. They (Reid's) didn't charge us a dime and we headed to Corvallis. We were there all night, and ended up putting my little Louie down. It was a long sad night, but Reid's now takes care of our new puppy. Couldn't be happier. I don't want to name our previous vet, but they will never see our pets again. Reid's is fantastic.”

“I brought my 10 year old Great Pyrenees in because she was limping. I was really impressed with everyone in the office. We were seen right away. The vet tech was kind and efficient and the vet was absolutely amazing. He took plenty of time to make sure that our old girl will live her senior years in comfort.
I will definitely be bringing my other pets to see them.”
“Vets were great with my puppy during the vaccine and microchip process. Intake was thorough and informative. I was unable to update his forms and my info online (not the stores fault) so the check in process was a bit longer. Wait time was longer than expected, I feel like line organization for check in could be a little better. Overall good experience.”
