“Decided to check out crossfit and glad I landed here. I have been attending for about 6 months nothing but good things to say. Coaches and other members are welcoming and encouraging. Gym is very clean and organized, also a program with an app to track progress.”

“I dropped in to work out with a friend that is a regular while visiting. I have never done cross fit before and the instructor greeted me kindly and quickly assessed my capability level and coach me in the proper forms for the exercises. I wasn’t sure what to expect with cross fit but am glad I attended. I had a great time got a solid workout in and met some awesome folks in a great atmosphere. Thanks for the great workout!”

“Been a great experience so far! For people who feel out of their element in gym settings I highly recommend this place. There's a lot of equipment perfect for people who come in solo to use, and if you enjoy working out with others there are some free classes people can take. Theres a lot of options for classes, trainers and recovery options. My favorite part of the facility would have to be the movie room! The movie room is such a great motivator for an afterworkout treat.”

“I dropped in here for a week and loved it. The gym is very spacious and has tons of high quality equipment. Everybody (members, coaches, owners) were super friendly and welcoming. I love the style of WODs more than most places I've dropped in before -- we hit several power/Olympic lifts that week and had fun/challenging metcons. Saturday WODs are longer with a strength portion and chipper style metcon - great way to kick off a weekend. You'll get different vibes/music from different coaches, but it'll be fun across the board. Thanks Hub City!!”

“Great gym with friendly professional staff on duty. Very clean and modern gym with Rockbot at no additional cost. Two large shower rooms with a toilet and two additional bathrooms. Rarely too busy. Hopefully they will fix the massage table and possibly add a tanning bed.”

“I just moved to the Albany area and was looking for an old school gym. I'm an old guy and haven't belonged to a gym in a long time. I was totally nervous and worried I would be intimidated. I met Tony and he couldn't be nicer. I immediately felt at home. The people at the gym are very friendly but at the same time stick to their workouts and "get in and get out". There are all levels of fitness in the gym and all are accepted (I am proof positive). I could not be happier with my choice to join T's!”

“My partner and I do acroyoga and personal training with Peter, who is awesome. For personal training, Peter is very knowledgeable and has provided my partner with some exercises to get out of knee pain. He’s also energetic and funny, which helps the hour of intense exercise fly by. Also, kids are welcome to hang out while you do personal training. My toddler has a great time lifting 2lbs weights and watching us work out. It’s great being able to work out without having to find a sitter for my little one. The acroyoga classes are amazing too. Everyone is cool and there’s lots of laughter. We always look forward to class and feel better after class ends. I highly recommend Rise Up.”

“Fantastic gym with great open 24/7 hours and friendly staff. The gym is pretty much always clean and never too busy. There are several classes available but I haven't went to any of them, I have just had really good experiences with the personal trainers. I like that there are a lot of rooms that you can go into on the sides of the main workout areas so that you can do freestyle routines or things outside of the machines and free weights.”
