It's a great gym, but the lights are too high for people with sensitivities and the gym needs a space without turf to stretch with a fan!!

I’ve been working with Don Alcalde since Feb 2020, best personal trainer by far! Their app is a great supplement to the personal training. Don has put my workouts into the app so I have all my workouts at my fingertips no matter where I travel!

The greating right when you come in was nice. They are friendly and helpful. I'm glad I switch from YMCA to physiq it's very nice there.
