“Work order for a bathroom fan…..BJ from Maintenance showed up on time and ready to work. He Evaluated the situation and explain to me that he was going to obtain a new bathroom fan and when he came back he would have me taken care of in no time. He returned when he said he would and wiped his feet before he entered. Before I finished the dishes he had it installed, and cleaned up. He was informative and polite before he left. “We’ve had such a good experience here. When we found a listing for a unit online we called and Michelle & Tamryn were very helpful in answering all our questions and got us in to see the unit ahead of time. The move in process was smooth, they had a gift bag with disposable plates/silverware, cleaners, TP and treats, all things you need when you move and don’t think about getting ahead of time. The maintenance team has been awesome, quick to respond to requests and the work is well done. The community is well run, quiet, and it has a great feel here. Tenants are happy. All the upstairs rooms have AC units built in, so the windows still open too. That was so helpful for the summer. Rent is reasonable, which is surprising since we were paying almost $500 more per month for a less nice apartment prior to this. The apartments are also within walking distance of grocery stores and the mall, which is perfect for having a baby (we always need something last minute). The only inconvenience is laundry is not in the unit, but we don’t mind that we get a little exercise walking back and forth to the laundry room. The gym setup is also great-nice equipment and it’s well kept. We are very pleased we chose to live here and highly recommend it.”
