“I just visited my daughter who is living at the Fillmore Inn. The new maintenance person was there and he was so wonderful and helpful. The new laundry room is perfect as my daughter does not need to walk across the street anymore. The new owners have really cleaned things up since I was there a year ago. Very impressed with the property clean up! I read a review from another parent about the kitchen mess but the roommates need a cleaning plan-”
“I would say one of the best things I have experienced since living here at Witham Hill Oaks is the patients and understanding from the office and maintenance personnel in regards to my anxiety disorders; I have a hard time talking at times, and it can be quit hard to deal with.I have not had much experience with that in my lifetime and I am grateful!”
“I had a good time, always felt fairly quiet, spacious and safe. Occasionally you could hear the train at 2 am, I only heard it because I was up at weird hours. Walls are thin, but the neighbors are quiet. The deadbolt on my door was a little tricky to set, but my roommate and I never put a work order in to fix it. Also we did not get all of our security deposit, but most of it was taken for cleaning fees, which though higher than expected were still understandable.”
“My experience here has been overall very good! It is a college community so the issues that I have are more based on living with a bunch of college students. The amenities were very extensive and the staff have always been super friendly and helpful.”
